Social Worker, Therapist, and Life Long Learner
My approach to therapy is guided by the belief that we all innately know what we need for ourselves and those answers are within our hearts and spirit. With that I approach therapy from a person-centered and non-directive lens. Our work together will focus on motivating your self-expression, uncovering your strengths, and identifying humanizing experiences to uncover and identify patterns of dysfunction that may no longer be serving you.
I strongly uses motivational interviewing, solution-focused approaches, EMDR, spirituality, and a psychodynamic lens in her practice to process trauma, uncover deep emotions, and work through day to day routines and interactions to make room for healing and understanding.
I specialize in working with adults of all ages navigating ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, neurodivergence, spiritual or life transitions, anxiety, depression, and those who are wanting to work through trauma and emotional regulation.
I hold a Masters in Social Work degree from Indiana University (2016). I have specialised training in Motivational Interviewing (5+ years of specialised research and development), EMDR, and interest and certificates in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and somatic experiences. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker License #099281148 in the state of Colorado.
Some of my hobbies and interest include writing, reading, finding flow state with whatever that is of the day, thrifting, hot yoga, sitting outside, and going to concerts with my partner. I am a mom to a 6 month old baby and have an australiian shepherd and an orange cat.
